Welcome to the Crafty Collaborations blog hop. We are a group of demonstrators from around the world showcasing beautiful projects from simple to advanced cards, fun-folds, 3-D, home decor and so much more.
Today we are featuring new stamping items from the new Spring Mini Catalog 2023.
My cards showcase the Share a Milkshake stamp set with some new Sale-A-Bration DSP called Dandy Designs. I went for the 50’s retro look on this card and the following 3. I also used the Diorama Dies and the retired subtle embossing folder. Check out that waffle cone! That is a die and it also has the score lines so you can fold it into the waffle cone.
For this next card to get that 50’s retro vibe, I am using two of the (retired) Tailored Tag punch that would be perfect with the ice cream bowl. If you do not have the Tailored Tag punch, you can re-create using your stampin’ timmer. How do you like your bowl of ice cream? One, two or three scoops?
This next card reminded me of some of the artwork from the 50″s. I can see this being a soda shop sign. This card looks like a fun fold but it is not. It is just layered on top of layers at different angles. The waffle cone sets off the tones for this card beautifully!
This final card is a fun fold-pocket card. It stands up using the soda glass. The pocket is behind the soda glass to hold the gift card, money, or small mini candy bar. This would be great as a birthday card. I will be creating a tutorial for these cards and posting on the tutorial page. If you wish to receive a notification as to when it comes available, contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org or subscribe below to keep in the know. These will also be available in my Etsy shop.
