For this blog hop, we are going to be using four colors, two of the new in-colors, Sweet Sorbet and Tahitian Tide with a couple of complementary colors of Mango Melody and Pacific Point.

For my card, I am using the new Sweetest Cherries Bundle from the annual catalog on page 19 and the new Split Card Texture dies on page 174, to see more of this die being used, turn to page 86 also in the annual catalog. I added some of the new Iridescent Pearl Basic Jewels to add a bit of bling that is on pages 66 and 141 of the Annual Catalog.
These colors are fun, bold, bright colors to play with and those cherries are just adorable! They look so SWEET on the card front! What do you think about them? I would love for you to leave me a comment on whether you like the cherries or not. I have also included the steps to recreate this card. Just scroll below the pictures to read it.

Card Recipe:
Mango Melody card base 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ scored at 4 1/4.”
Using the die, die-cut from Tahitian Tide a 5 1/2″ x and adhere to the card front.
Punch Sweet Sorbet for the cherries, Early Espresso for the stems, Parakeet Party for the leaves. Glue one cherry down and add dimensionals to the other two.
Basic White sentiment strip 1″ x 2″, stamp sentiment in Pacific Point, and cut ends at an angle. Cut a piece 4″ x 5 1/4″ for the inside of the card and stamp SWEET in Pacific Point towards the top.
Now let’s hop on over to Melva Peters to see what she has created.
